Questions about webinars and podcasts

The answers people look for most. Missing one? Write to us.

Your audience

Do viewers need to download anything?

No. They click the link and join in the browser, on a computer or a phone. No app and no account.

Which browsers work?

Recent Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox, on computers and phones.

How many people can watch?

Up to 50 on the free webinar, 100 on a single webinar or Basic, and 300 on Unlimited. Whoever comes after the room is full can leave an email and gets the replay.

Can I keep people out?

Yes. Each webinar can be open, with registration, for an invite list only, or for your members only.

Running a webinar

Can I rehearse first?

Yes. The rehearsal room checks your camera, microphone and screen sharing in private. It is always free and never counted.

Can someone help me run it?

Yes. Bring guests on stage, and give an operator their own link to run the chat and the polls.

How long can a webinar be?

Up to 60 minutes on the free webinar, 90 on a single webinar or Basic, and 3 hours on Unlimited. Ten minutes before the end you can extend once by 30 minutes.

Are there captions?

Yes, live captions in the webinar’s language, for anyone who turns them on.

Can a webinar run by itself?

Yes. Upload a video once and it plays at the times you set, on a few dates or every week. On the paid plans.

Recordings

Is every webinar recorded?

Yes. You download the recording from the webinar’s page, and can open a replay at the same link.

How long are recordings kept?

14 days on the free webinar, two months for a single webinar, a year on Basic, and as long as you subscribe on Unlimited.

Will I lose a recording without warning?

No. A week before one goes, you get an email with a button to download it.

Podcasts

How many people can be in the studio?

Up to 4: you and 3 guests.

Do my guests need to install anything?

No. They open the link in the browser, on a computer or a phone.

What files do I get?

For every speaker a video file (MP4) and a clean sound file (WAV), and one mixed file of the whole episode. A sound-only episode gives the sound files.

What if a guest’s internet drops?

Their recording is kept in their own browser and goes up when they are back. Closing the page loses a few seconds at most.

Does an episode count like a webinar?

Yes. Each episode takes one from your plan, just like a webinar.

Your account

Can it be on our own address?

Every account gets its own address. On Unlimited you can connect your own domain.

Can my team work on it too?

Yes. Invite owners, admins and hosts by email: up to 3 on the free plan and Basic, any number on Unlimited.

Is it in Hebrew?

Fully, right to left: every screen, every email and the captions. And fully in English. Each viewer can switch the buttons to their own language.

How do I cancel?

With a button on the billing page. The plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for.

Privacy

Who owns my audience’s details?

You do. We keep them only to run your webinars, and never sell or share them.

Do you send my audience advertising?

Never. Your audience gets only the emails of your own webinars: the link, the reminder, the thank-you.

Is the site accessible?

We build to WCAG 2.1, level AA, with keyboard use and screen readers in mind. Live captions help too.
