Two roles
For our customers’ accounts we decide how details are used. For the audience of a customer’s webinars, the customer decides, and we process the details on their behalf only.
What we collect
Account: name, email, organisation, invoice details. Use: when broadcasts start and end, and technical logs. Audience: a name, an email when the webinar has registration, chat messages and questions, and when each person came and left. Card numbers are handled by the payment company; we never see or keep them.
Why
To run the service, to bill, to keep it secure, and to meet legal duties. Marketing emails go only to account owners who ticked the box for them, and every one has a way to stop them.
Who sees it
Our service providers, only for what they do for us: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and email), the payment company, and our invoicing system. We never sell or rent personal details.
Where it is kept
On Cloudflare’s network, which may store details in more than one country, under safeguards that meet the law.
How long
Recordings for the time of the plan they were made on. Account details while the account is open, and afterwards as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may see the details we hold about you, ask to correct them, or ask to delete them. Write to support@kolcast.app. An audience member of a customer’s webinar should write to that customer, and we will help them answer.
Cookies
Only the ones the service needs: staying signed in, your language, and a device mark that keeps the free webinar fair. No advertising trackers. Our site statistics use no cookies at all.
Security
Every connection is encrypted, access to details is limited to who needs it, and broadcasts are reachable only by the people the customer lets in.
For organisations
A data processing agreement is available on request.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will tell account owners by email. Questions: support@kolcast.app.
