Cancelling
Cancel with the button on the billing page, any time, with no call and no form. The plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for, and then the account moves to the free plan. You can take the cancellation back until then.
Within 14 days
If you cancel within 14 days of paying and have not broadcast since, you get all of it back.
A single webinar
A single webinar is valid for 90 days. If you have not used it, you get all of it back.
A yearly plan
If you cancel a yearly plan midway, you get back the part of the year not used, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the payment, up to $30.
How money comes back
To the card you paid with, within 14 days of the cancellation. A credit invoice follows by email.
