Who we are
Kolcast is operated by Dov Yakubovitz. You can reach us at support@kolcast.app.
The service
Kolcast lets organisations broadcast webinars and record podcasts to their own audience, in their own brand. Whoever opens an account is its owner, and is responsible for the people they invite to its team.
Your account
Give true details and keep your sign-in to yourself. Each organisation gets one free webinar. We may refuse or close an account that abuses the service, the free webinar or other people.
What you may broadcast
Only what is lawful and yours to share. No content that is illegal, hateful, violent, that infringes another person’s rights, that sexualises minors, or that is spam. We may stop a broadcast or pause an account that breaks the law or these terms, and we will tell you why.
Your audience’s details
The details of the people who register for and watch your webinars belong to you. We keep them on your behalf only to run your webinars. Our privacy policy says how.
Plans and payment
Prices are on the pricing page. A plan renews by itself at the end of each period until you cancel it. If a renewal payment fails we try again after 3 and 7 days, and after 10 days the account is paused; your recordings are not deleted.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time from the billing page. Our cancellation policy sets out when you get money back.
Recordings
Recordings are kept for the time of the plan they were made on. We email the account owner a week before one is removed. Keeping a copy is your responsibility.
Availability
We work to keep Kolcast running at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Planned maintenance is announced ahead when it may affect a broadcast.
Liability
As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email account owners at least 30 days before.
Law
The law of the place where Kolcast’s operator is registered applies, and the courts of that place have sole jurisdiction.
