How do I pay?
By card, on a secure payment page. Your plan opens the moment the payment goes through.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, by email, for every payment. Fill in the invoice details on the billing page before you pay.
Can I move between plans?
Up at once, and you pay only the difference for what is left of the period. Down at the next renewal, with nothing to pay now.
How do I cancel?
With a button on the billing page. No calls and no forms. The plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for, and then the account moves to the free plan.
Can I get my money back?
Cancelled within 14 days without broadcasting: all of it. A single webinar never used: all of it. The details are in our cancellation policy.
What if I reach a limit in the middle of a webinar?
A webinar is never cut off in the middle. You see your limits before you start, and ten minutes before the time runs out you can extend once by 30 minutes.
What happens to my recordings if I stop paying?
They are kept for the time of the plan they were made on. A week before one goes, you get an email with a button to download it.
